For some reason these colors scream Marie to me.  Maybe with a little baby pink added.  I can just envision it going really well w/ your dark hair and beautiful complexion.

Kitschy, I love this colorful fun palate and that yummy peach pie.  I'm also a big fan of choosing a color and then having the bridesmaids choose their own dress, that way they REALLY will wear it again.

I've been seeing a lot more of this, hanging vintage fabric and taking pics of the wedding party and guests at the reception.

Grow your own grass.  I like the flowers in the empty glass bottle.

Tissue paper pom-poms

These are sooooo easy to make, I'm making them for our upcoming Relief Society birthday party.  Click here for directions and other pics on Martha.  Also check out the grass on the table, they painted Home Depot flower pots and then just grew the grass at home weeks in advance.

The boxes are a box for cards that people bring.  I really like the idea of having a container w/ a slit that is on the gift table just for cards.

Marie's friends' dress- this is GORGEOUS!!!  

These cupcakes look really simple to make and super fancy, I'm in love w/ the split strawberries.

The pom poms are made out of cupcake liners.

Don't even know what this is exactly for but the caramel apple looks so good my mouth is watering!  Better take your wedding pics before you eat this baby.

I definitely don't think wedding favors are necessary but these one's where just so adorable!  Especially the smores if you had a bonfire at the reception!

Theme - Fruit

All the weddings that I have loved loved loved have had specific themes that tie the whole wedding together.  NOT a COLOR theme.  What about fruit for some inspiration?

Vintage plates

This gal bought 100 vintage flower plates from Thrift stores for an average of $1 a piece.  Then she sold them as a set!  It wouldn't have to be flowers but something fairly easy to find like blue plates.  You could possibly find a set on Ebay that has already been put together.
